Administrative Professional, Cambridge Source Office Assistant, Marketing
Through a partnership with our independent broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., we have access to a team of virtual office assistants who allow us to spend more time with our clients by taking on more administrative tasks. Mackenzi joined the Cambridge Source Office Assistant program in 2021, and specializes in assisting financial professionals with account management, reporting and planning, communication, and client management. She has an associate’s degree from Des Moines Area Community College and holds Cambridge’s Platinum Customer Service Excellence Certification (CSCE). Mackenzi currently lives in Fairfield, Iowa, where she enjoys kayaking in the summer, walking her two dogs Oakley and Archie, and spending time with her husband and family.
